Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate exploration strategy into geological programs to accelerate copper resource discovery and project advancement.
  • •Identify, rank, and mature exploration targets based on geological potential, risk, and business value.
  • •Govern geological mapping, drilling, sampling, logging, and interpretation to ensure technical integrity and resource confidence.
  • •Deliver exploration campaigns safely, efficiently, and within approved schedules and budgets, optimizing expenditure toward high-value targets.
  • •Provide stakeholder and people leadership: align cross-functional teams and develop the geology team through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • •Experience leading geological field programs, drilling campaigns, and resource evaluation activities.
