Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead telecom subject matter expert and consulting specialist across the Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
  • •Run discovery and envisioning workshops with business and IT stakeholders to guide solutions.
  • •Translate telco business objectives into experience and data strategies, managing architecture end to end.
  • •Advise on telco data strategy and ensure Adobe solutions fit into legacy ecosystems.
  • •Support pre-sales and RFP solutioning by crafting technical proposals and recommendations; define success metrics and benchmarks with analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in the telecommunications industry with consulting or professional services delivery experience.
  • •Proven client-facing consulting track record enabling and guiding customers.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
  • •Experience with digital channels and customer lifecycle management in telco environments.
  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent experience (or Master’s or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
