Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Spaceport Village operations, including leasing/rental housing, transportation, amenities, and events.
  • •Monitor and enforce quality/consistency standards through inspections and walking areas of responsibility.
  • •Train staff on customer service, anticipate guest needs, and support problem resolution.
  • •Hire, onboard, and manage performance of Spaceport Operations staff, including ensuring required company trainings are completed.
  • •Coordinate facilities/vend​or activities for Starbase Village buildout, including bids, scopes of work, RFPOs, purchase order accuracy, and campus-wide reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalency certificate).
  • •2+ years of experience in the hospitality or operations industry.
  • •Experience leading staff and driving customer service and problem resolution.
  • •Advanced knowledge of room inventory, housekeeping processes, and guest service.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Outlook and ability to use ERP software for facilities work orders and RFPOs.
