Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in digital product development, product management, or technology consulting, ideally in financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of Generative AI, foundation models, LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and modern AI product development.
  • •Experience working with engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver complex technology products using Agile delivery methodologies.
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities.
