•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
•8+ years of experience in digital product development, product management, or technology consulting, ideally in financial services.
•Strong understanding of Generative AI, foundation models, LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and modern AI product development.
•Experience working with engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver complex technology products using Agile delivery methodologies.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities.
