Job Summary

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple countries in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, and ensure compliance with TA policies and employment laws. Build talent pipelines for critical roles, leverage sourcing tools and AI-driven solutions, optimize HRIS usage (including SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter), and track hiring metrics to continuously improve quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across regional roles and meet time-to-fill and quality standards while ensuring compliance.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on talent strategies and workforce planning.
•Ensure adherence to TA policies and employment laws across all countries in the region and maintain compliant data in HRIS platforms.
•Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for critical and future roles, leveraging international networks and advanced sourcing tools.
•Deliver training on interviewing, structured selection, and bias mitigation, and support employer branding initiatives and localization programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
•At least 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
•Experience recruiting across various functions and levels, from specialist positions to senior management.
•Solid knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, recruitment technology platforms, and compliance requirements.
