Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and delivery of internal business software for workforce planning and staff management in domestic and international airports.
  • •Own and prioritize the backlog for a cross-functional team, creating data-driven and automated solutions and growing machine learning capabilities.
  • •Advocate for airport workforce and the customer across the product lifecycle to ensure needs are reflected in development.
  • •Use technical knowledge and experiments (including A/B testing and continuous deployment) to drive measurable impact and measurable outcomes.
  • •Coordinate with product and technology teams to manage dependencies and communicate on OKRs, roadmap, planned releases, and areas needing leadership attention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Previous project management experience to lead, organize, and prioritize projects.
  • •Strong collaboration skills working effectively as part of a team, including consensus-building and cultural awareness.
  • •Effective decision-making based on data-driven analysis and strategic consideration, with attention to detail.
  • •Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery and strong product domain knowledge (business model, constraints, regulations, user experiences).
