Job Summary

Develop and execute the structured products (SPs) and FX product strategy for Wealth Management, Elite and Affluent segments. Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and structuring with treasury and investment banking partners through pricing, risk management (including Greeks), documentation, launch, and lifecycle governance. Drive go-to-market initiatives with distribution teams, track KPIs using data and client feedback, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the SP & FX product strategy and development roadmap.
•Partner with Treasury, investment banking traders, and third-party providers to structure and commercialize SPs and FX solutions.
•Lead ideation-to-launch initiatives and manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, risk monitoring, and hedging strategies.
•Build governance, documentation, and operational processes to mitigate suitability, operational, and regulatory risks.
•Collaborate on go-to-market and promotional strategies, establish KPIs, track performance, and use data and client feedback to improve products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (or related); CFA preferred.
•10+ years’ hands-on experience in structured products and FX derivatives, including structuring, derivatives trading, options strategies, pricing and risk management (Greeks).
•Proven track record developing and managing SP and FX solutions for wealth or private banking clients.
•Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk controls.
•Experience with product documentation, suitability/appropriateness frameworks, and launch governance.
