Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate manufacturing equipment, including manning multiple machines and providing machine coverage during breaks.
  • •Use computer-based programs to perform daily duties and log machine activities accurately.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, detect discrepancies, and communicate issues timely to your lead.
  • •Run equipment according to process specifications, organize workstations, and maintain 6S standards.
  • •Follow safety protocols by identifying/reporting hazards and using accurate lifting techniques ergonomically.

  • •Ability to operate equipment and work shifts with biweekly rotation for day and night.
