Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC) to ensure facilities operate correctly.
  • •Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues such as leaks, malfunctioning appliances, and broken fixtures.
