Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Chariot's risk surface end to end across technological, security/infra, fraud, and product risk.
  • •Build and maintain a living catalog of risk exposure that stays current.
  • •Partner with engineering to pressure-test core payment flows, identify failure modes, and define blast radius mitigations.
  • •Stand up a proactive monitoring and mitigation cadence across the risk surface and close risk gaps using first-principles prioritization.
  • •Brief leadership regularly on top risks with mitigation plans, and collaborate with Product/Engineering so new features ship with risk accounted for.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in risk, fraud, trust & safety, or a related operating role, ideally in fintech, payments, or marketplaces.
