Job Summary

Lead end-to-end alignment of long-term crew recruitment, training demand and capacity to enable growth with high efficiency, predictability and cost control. Serve as the central planning and analytics hub, combining recruitment, training planning, performance analytics and targeted transformation projects to deliver a stable, scalable training operation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the integrated long-term crew recruitment and training demand plan (12–36 months).
•Develop and maintain long-term training capacity plans, including simulators, instructors and training infrastructure.
•Provide data-driven insights via performance monitoring, forecasting vs actual delivery, and root-cause analysis to improve planning accuracy and cost efficiency.
•Lead targeted transformation and performance improvement projects to enhance training efficiency and resource utilization.
•Act as the key interface between Group Training, Crew Planning, Recruitment, Finance and external training providers to ensure alignment and reporting.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years in planning, analytics, operations, or performance management.
•Experience in workforce planning, training planning, or operations planning.
•Proven track record in project delivery and cross-functional coordination.
•Experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Economics, Mathematics or similar
