Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the enterprise AI learning and people enablement roadmap aligned to AI strategy, tool rollout plans, workforce priorities, and responsible AI expectations.
  • •Design role-based AI learning journeys and create practical learning assets (guides, prompt examples, workflow playbooks, manager toolkits, responsible-use checklists).
  • •Facilitate training sessions and enable adoption by embedding AI into recurring workflows, rituals, templates, and collaboration habits.
  • •Support pilots and scaled rollouts of approved enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and internal AI assistants.
  • •Define adoption and capability metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve content; provide executive updates on progress, risks, gaps, and next steps.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in learning and development, digital capability building, enterprise training, or workforce upskilling/change enablement.
  • •Experience designing and scaling role-based learning journeys, workshops, enablement assets, and adoption programs in complex organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of workplace AI applications and responsible-use principles, including data protection and adoption challenges for nontechnical audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/digital productivity tools, ideally Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
  • •Ability to translate complex digital/technical/legal/policy topics into practical, behavior-changing learning content.
