Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve a portfolio of Hong Kong client relationships.
  • •Manage trust relationships and structures, including underlying assets such as real estate and investment portfolios.
  • •Maintain contact with trust parties and ensure structures remain valid and current as circumstances change, including restructures if required.
  • •Handle distribution requirements and identify new business opportunities from existing client structures (e.g., philanthropy, governance, liquidity planning, probate, and cross-selling).
  • •Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with policies, procedures, due diligence, pricing guidelines, and cross-border requirements, including managing reputational and fiduciary risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in trust administration and wealth planning.
  • •Client-focused approach with strong sales, analytical, technical, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
  • •Experience in investment, portfolio management, brokerage, or institutional sales.
  • •Demonstrated experience in buy-side financial markets.
  • •Extensive knowledge of private banking business (onshore and offshore) and the competitive/regulatory environment.
