Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Finance programs — from charter and scoping through to testing, go-live, and post-implementation review.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including critical path, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and RAID logs.
  • •Monitor program progress against plan; proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalating where needed.
  • •Ensure programs are delivered in alignment with the Finance PMO's governance standards, templates, and operating model.
  • •Coordinate UAT planning and execution; partner with Change Manager to integrate change and communications activities into program plans.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of program or project management experience within a Finance, Operations, or Technology environment.
  • •Bachelor's degree required; background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • •PMP certification preferred; Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent a plus.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs through the full lifecycle — scoping, planning, execution, testing, and close.
  • •Experience working with Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) or Finance system implementations (NetSuite, Kyriba, Brex, Salesforce) preferred.
