Job Summary

Support the kitchen operations at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort by preparing and cooking dishes to menu standards and guest expectations. Assist with meal plating and development, maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Help mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to menu planning and recipe development.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
•Relevant Australian cookery qualifications, ideally Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

•Understanding of HACCP, OH&S, and kitchen hygiene requirements.
•Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
