•Develop consultative relationships with small business clients in target market (annual revenues $1M–$10M).
•Understand client needs, provide value-added solutions, manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive new commercial relationships.
•Partner with the business banking team to enhance customer experience, loyalty and profitability.
•Complete Business Banking University and credit training to identify, assess and mitigate lending risk.
•Develop and expand relationships with Centers of Influence (CPA’s, Attorneys) and engage in community activities to grow the customer base.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience preferred.
•Business to Business sales experience required.
•Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership ability and potential.
•Proficiency with portfolio/account management preferred.
