Logistics Analytics Trainee (6 months)

Support the monitoring and analysis of last-mile delivery partner performance by tracking daily and weekly KPIs such as on-time delivery, failed deliveries, and SLA compliance. Assist with investigation and escalation of service failures, and prepare performance reports and dashboards. Help manage 3PL vendor operations, including rider positioning, vendor payments coordination, and SOP creation, while collaborating with internal teams and delivery partners to improve day-to-day logistics.
