Key Responsibilities

  • •Deputize for the manager and support the development of junior team members.
  • •Lead development, enhancement, and review of pricing models, including modelling plans, data preparation, model creation, and techniques such as credibility.
  • •Perform back-testing and impact analysis to propose necessary pricing adjustments.
  • •Plan projects with clear understanding of business objectives and deliver robust technical outputs with clear stakeholder communication for adoption.
  • •Drive innovation and increased sophistication in pricing approaches, including managing projects to deliver new insights from additional data sources.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid knowledge of statistical modelling methods, specifically GLMs.
  • •Knowledge of machine learning techniques, specifically GBMs.
  • •Proven experience working with large data sources.
  • •Good command of Advanced Excel plus Python and SQL, and experience with Databricks or similar coding languages.
  • •Experience with WTW Radar and Emblem, and strong stakeholder management skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
