Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain sales capacity models for headcount, ramping, productivity, attainment, and quota decisions
  • •Analyze and support revenue planning for renewals, expansion, contraction, churn, and retention
  • •Manage headcount forecasting and budget planning in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Recruiting
  • •Evaluate ROI on sales investments using metrics such as incremental headcount, productivity, pipeline, bookings, ARR, contribution margin, and payback
  • •Support quarterly forecasts and annual planning, including forecast-to-actuals reporting, variance analysis, and performance narratives

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
  • •Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and GTM operating models

  • •Experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker) and planning systems (Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive); Salesforce is a plus
