Key Responsibilities

•Provide vision and lead a team of Financial Managers and Analysts to manage a large development program portfolio.
•Drive development execution forward with cross-functional partners, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
•Perform EAC, cost management, and risk/opportunity management across contracts; lead cross-functional reviews to mitigate risks and optimize financing.
•Lead and manage program FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in alignment with strategic objectives.
•Oversee talent development within the finance team, including hiring, coaching, and rotation of staff to strengthen capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,200 - 298,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience
•Financial controls experience across Accounting, FP&A, and/or Program Finance
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility
•Ability to lead and manage a large, dynamic development program portfolio and to interact with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
•Strong communication skills and ability to drive risk identification, mitigation, and strategic decision-making
