  • •Be the first person investors, partners, and guests meet.
  • •Handle personal alongside professional tasks when needed.
  • •Use AI to build leverage and improve how you manage both reactive and proactive work.

Key Requirements

  • •Have previously managed a demanding principal’s life, such as an EA or similarly intense operational role, with strong results.
  • •Be highly trusted with matters that matter most and never drop the ball.
  • •Work with AI as part of your everyday workflow (reach for it by default).
  • •Have exceptional English communication skills; Swedish is a bonus.
  • •Thrive in a fast-changing environment with frequent context switching and high pace.
