Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and assess vehicle damage and write estimates for repair costs.
  • •Negotiate equitable settlements with customers, body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
  • •Collaborate with field teams to coordinate inspections and support the claims process.
  • •Provide timely and accurate information to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns.
  • •Assist with scheduling and managing rental cars and other logistics during the repair process.
