Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish detection to achieve 100% inline visibility and inline control for RAM detection enablement and improvement.
  • •Improve RAM detection strategy, systems, and methods to continuously strengthen detection performance and enable yield improvement.
  • •Set up and align BKM for RAM detection performance and cost, including ensuring sharing and compliance across sites and technologies.
  • •Plan and evaluate through supplier demos and tool evaluation (including H2H) and promote new equipment/material through TOR process.
  • •Drive cross-site alignment and lead CST accountability to deliver timelines/commitments while managing global RAM business processes and acceptance documentation.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Masters/Bachelors in Engineering
  • •Relevant working experience in RDA and/or Metrology
  • •Willing and capable of international travel, including extended international business travel assignments up to 6 months
  • •Good communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with peer groups and cross-functional teams
  • •Ability to promote worldwide sharing and transfer of domain knowledge
