Key Responsibilities

  • •Review declined assignments within the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor or determine conditional exceptions.
  • •Maintain high accuracy and productivity while completing daily assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • •Assign and manage recovery agents as needed.
  • •Serve as a liaison between client and recovery vendor within the assigned queue.
  • •Use internal operating systems, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems to identify queue issues, facilitate solutions, and escalate/follow up to confirm resolution.
