Lead network planning, expansion, and operational excellence for Lucid’s retail network across the Middle East. You’ll own data-driven market coverage planning, oversee direct-to-consumer and importer-led growth, and ensure compliance with dealer standards, brand guidelines, and operating models. Manage governance frameworks, track KPIs, and coordinate end-to-end go-to-market launch readiness while partnering closely with HQ, regional teams, and external partners during ramp-up and stabilization.
