Sales Support Engineer

Support sales teams with technical expertise to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution. Collaborate with Sales Engineers to understand customer requirements, prepare equipment selections, costing, and detailed quotations, and liaise with factories and suppliers to deliver accurate, competitive solutions. Manage order data in the order management system, coordinate logistics, process customer orders and invoices, handle order-related issues, and help improve ordering workflows.
