Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, develop, and secure anchor partnerships with multinational employers across Africa that can scale across multiple countries.
  • •Lead enterprise-level relationships and design partnership models aligned with program needs to generate revenue and impact.
  • •Collaborate with global/regional leadership and country teams to align on strategy and delivery across markets.
  • •Act as the primary employer partnerships lead in new/early-stage markets, personally sourcing, engaging, and closing opportunities for graduates.
  • •Build and manage a regional employer partnerships team, providing coaching and ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •6–12 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or employer engagement roles
  • •Proven track record of closing partnerships and meeting targets, ideally with large or multinational organizations
  • •Experience operating across multiple markets, preferably within Africa
  • •Experience managing or mentoring team members or associates
  • •Knowledge of workforce development, skills training, recruitment, or related sectors is an advantage
