Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and secure anchor partnerships with multinational employers across Africa that can scale across multiple countries.
•Lead enterprise-level relationships and design partnership models aligned with program needs to generate revenue and impact.
•Collaborate with global/regional leadership and country teams to align on strategy and delivery across markets.
•Act as the primary employer partnerships lead in new/early-stage markets, personally sourcing, engaging, and closing opportunities for graduates.
•Build and manage a regional employer partnerships team, providing coaching and ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•6–12 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or employer engagement roles
•Proven track record of closing partnerships and meeting targets, ideally with large or multinational organizations
•Experience operating across multiple markets, preferably within Africa
•Experience managing or mentoring team members or associates
•Knowledge of workforce development, skills training, recruitment, or related sectors is an advantage
