Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete required safety training and perform duties in compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • •Lead installation, start-up, and performance evaluation of photolithography scanner equipment
  • •Plan and manage equipment installation, upgrades, and modification activities
  • •Drive optimization and sustainment of equipment performance (availability, productivity, accuracy) and contribute to quality and yield improvements through condition/settings optimization
  • •Perform systematic troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), collaborate with equipment suppliers on improvements, and develop/maintain equipment documentation and support audits with corrective actions

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred Japanese communication ability equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher
  • •Basic English communication ability (everyday work situations; advanced English not required)
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting and RCA
  • •Ability to communicate, explain, share, and transfer technical knowledge clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems, plus familiarity with scripting/RPA and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau); proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
