Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to understand business outcomes and translate them into learning and organization development objectives.
  • •Determine appropriate learning methodologies and organization development solutions with stakeholders, and develop project plans (including identifying subject matter experts).
  • •Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver learning and organization development programs, including new hire curricula and training for systems/processes/migration rollouts.
  • •Maintain an inventory of training and organization development programs/tools, schedule their use by management priorities, and evaluate program effectiveness with recommendations for improvement.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in program design, represent the department in meetings, build relationships with key stakeholders, and mentor more junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Six to eight years of prior operational experience in Middle office, Trade Operations (affirmation confirmations), Fund Accounting, or related financial services functions.
  • •Six to eight years of prior training and consulting experience, preferably in Middle office or Trade Operations functions.
  • •Experience building learning solutions using ADDIE and familiarity with instructional design.
  • •Understanding of LMS and AI (as it relates to learning solutions).
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of staff with attention to detail.
