Lead centralized IT sourcing and procurement for hardware, software, and services, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues and ensure compliance. Manage sourcing activities across software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, hardware, and professional services using RFPs/RFIs and negotiations. Evaluate vendors, negotiate enterprise agreements, oversee contract reviews (SLAs/SOWs), and identify cost-saving opportunities to support the organization’s IT sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing and procurement activities across IT categories (software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, hardware, and professional services) using RFPs/RFIs and direct negotiations.
•Develop evaluation models, lead vendor negotiations, and analyze licensing models to secure enterprise-wide agreements that maximize value.
•Support contract reviews (including SLAs and SOWs), implement adoption and compliance processes, and reduce contractual risk.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies, benchmark vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive efficiency improvements.
•Collaborate with business units and partners across IT, finance, compliance, and legal to align sourcing with business needs and service excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience in IT procurement, sourcing, and/or vendor management.
•2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
•Experience leading IT vendor negotiations and complex sourcing activities across IT categories.
•Extensive knowledge of software licensing models and ability to benchmark pricing and interpret financial data for strategic decisions.
•Proficiency in standard business applications (e.g., spreadsheets and collaboration tools) and strong written and verbal communication.
