Job Summary

Partner with Product leadership and the Office of the CEO to deliver AI-powered product analytics. Enable and teach Scout so recurring analytics questions can be handled autonomously, stepping in for the problems that truly need a human. Drive business outcomes by investigating product hypotheses, identifying growth opportunities, challenging assumptions with data, and proposing improved ways to analyze the business using SQL, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Enable Scout by identifying recurring analytics questions and building the underlying data, logic, and reliability.
•Teach AI teammates to handle analytics requests autonomously, stepping in only when human help is truly needed.
•Investigate product hypotheses using data to uncover hidden growth opportunities.
•Challenge assumptions with data and propose better ways to analyze the business.
•Collaborate with Product leadership and support strategic initiatives from the Office of the CEO.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Product Analytics, Product Intelligence, Growth Analytics, or related analytical roles.
•Proven experience supporting Product organizations in SaaS or technology companies.
•Demonstrated track record of driving business outcomes through analytics and insights.
•Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, query optimization, and CTEs.
•AI fluency to redesign analytical workflows, automate reporting, and apply AI beyond prompting for measurable impact.
