Senior Specialist, Influencer & Community

Own and evolve the influencer strategy for Kipling across France, UK, and Germany, shifting from campaign-led activity to long-term, relationship-driven partnerships. Build and maintain a premium influencer and cultural network, manage end-to-end influencer activities (sourcing through reporting), and develop ambassador programs. Partner closely with global and PR teams to integrate influencer work with earned media, events, and cultural moments, helping reposition the brand through a more editorial approach.
