Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security, keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
  • •Document and track incoming/outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles including locator pairing, photo capture, and key securing to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities for a seamless experience.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation, and follow EH&S requirements to maintain a clean, orderly work area.
