Maintain end-to-end vehicle inventory operations for an on-lot auction site, including zone security and organization, receiving and shipping documentation, vehicle preparation, key handling, photo capture, and inventory scanning/reconciliation for real-time accuracy. Support auction preparation and execution, protect assets, and keep work areas clean and compliant with EH&S requirements. Help train new associates by reinforcing safety and operational standards while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily inventory appearance and security, keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
•Document and track incoming/outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving to support accurate vehicle records.
•Receive, prepare, and process vehicles including locator pairing, photo capture, and key securing to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
•Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities for a seamless experience.
•Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation, and follow EH&S requirements to maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 25.6 hourly

•High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately enter data to maintain reliable inventory records.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with associates across multiple departments.

•Lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays) in outdoor conditions while following required apparel/training.
