Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual operational plan for design, including KPIs, targets, and related projects/programs and budget needs.
  • •Track design-policy and process performance indicators, compile results, and raise reporting outcomes.
  • •Coordinate preparation of responses to international surveys related to the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority’s design scope with relevant parties.
  • •Participate in developing design-related studies and best-practice recommendations for workshops, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
  • •Oversee and monitor the annual agenda for specialized design events/exhibitions in Dubai and coordinate continuously with stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with information security and occupational health & safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, Applied Arts, Business Administration, or an equivalent from an accredited university.
  • •5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Ability to develop and track KPIs, targets, and operational plans for design-related programs.
  • •Ability to prepare reports, proposals, and responses for international surveys and sector studies.
  • •Knowledge of policies, methodologies, and procedures related to design and performance monitoring.
