Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers to drive and prioritize the HR technology roadmap across HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security, and Integrations.
  • •Translate program requirements into Workday solutions and oversee end-to-end implementations from discovery and design through UAT, change management, and deployment.
  • •Manage Workday enhancement portfolios, prioritization frameworks, and Agile delivery to deliver multi-year initiatives.
  • •Establish KPIs, measure adoption, conduct retrospectives and portfolio reviews, and support long-term capability planning and continuous improvement.
  • •Provide governance for SOX-compliant controls, including audits, reporting frameworks, evidence packages, release management, performance testing, and testing/audit processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent, plus five years of HR Technology experience architecting scalable solutions across global organizations.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical teams and define/execute multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
  • •Partner with senior HR and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into Workday solutions and oversee full lifecycle implementations (discovery through deployment).
  • •Manage complex Workday enhancement portfolios using prioritization frameworks and Agile delivery methodologies, including Workday configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
  • •Direct SOX audit ownership and design controls, reporting frameworks, and evidence packages to maintain compliance.
