  • •Develop and implement unbranded and branded promotional tactics in collaboration with internal teams, creating promotional materials aligned to strategy.
  • •Lead congress planning and amplify peer-to-peer messages through multichannel engagement tactics.
  • •Manage project timelines, including work plans and routing promotional materials through appropriate review channels.
  • •Track key performance indicators for personal and non-personal promotion and manage agency partners, including budgets and forecasts/accruals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (science or business field preferred).
  • •3+ years of progressive marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in biotech/pharma, including at least 1 year marketing drugs in the US.
  • •Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet budget/timelines.
  • •Experience managing external agencies or vendors with responsibility for budget management.
  • •Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment for pharmaceutical promotion, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process.
