Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incidents, natural disasters, and emergencies by advising on risk mitigation and supporting the Emergency Response Team (ERT) commander in critical decisions.
  • •Plan and conduct emergency response training, certification, drills, and promotional activities for preparedness.
  • •Conduct plant safety inspections, audits, and on-site safety observations to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • •Ensure emergency response facilities and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use at any time.
  • •Review high-risk activities and perform facilities system/equipment sign-off inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety Engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •More than 1 year of experience in Occupational Safety and Health or emergency response in semiconductor or high technology industries.
  • •Familiar knowledge of local, national, and international safety and fire regulations.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin.
