Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Workday project teams deploying Finance, HR, and Procurement solutions and guide customers through the deployment lifecycle.
  • •Partner with Workday delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management to resolve challenges and drive value for the customer.
  • •Deliver projects on time and within budget while providing an exceptional customer experience from project start-up to go-live.
  • •Manage scope, risks, and budgets; communicate clearly and transparently with stakeholders across the program.
  • •Coordinate with sales, partners, and third parties and travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project management experience with HCM or Financial implementations within medium or large enterprise
  • •5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications
  • •Fluency in English and either Swedish or Norwegian is mandatory
  • •Experience leading projects across multiple industries and global deployments
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver projects on time and budget
