Key Responsibilities

•Lead Workday project teams deploying Finance, HR, and Procurement solutions and guide customers through the deployment lifecycle.
•Partner with Workday delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management to resolve challenges and drive value for the customer.
•Deliver projects on time and within budget while providing an exceptional customer experience from project start-up to go-live.
•Manage scope, risks, and budgets; communicate clearly and transparently with stakeholders across the program.
•Coordinate with sales, partners, and third parties and travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of project management experience with HCM or Financial implementations within medium or large enterprise
•5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications
•Fluency in English and either Swedish or Norwegian is mandatory
•Experience leading projects across multiple industries and global deployments
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver projects on time and budget
