Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-person and in-time-zone support for NVIDIA platform factories and ODM/OEM partner factories.
  • •Address SBIOS issues reported by customers, partners, ODMs, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Solve the majority of reported SBIOS problems directly, bringing in domain experts as needed.
  • •Work across varied code bases and modules to investigate and resolve problems.
  • •Develop tools and use AI to solve engineering problems, accelerating analysis and documentation while verifying AI outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of relevant firmware or embedded engineering experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work across varied code bases across modules and solve problems.
  • •Demonstrated experience using AI to develop tools and solve problems.
  • •Ability to solve issues independently and work effectively with domain experts when needed.
