Job Summary

Lead and direct the APAC Legal Entity Rationalization program across multiple countries, driving day-to-day execution against the agreed roadmap. Coordinate governance forums, maintain integrated plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs, and track progress across workstreams. Serve as the central liaison across country teams, APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders, supporting issue resolution, escalation, and entity transition activities such as integrations, transfers, and liquidations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end execution of the APAC LER program across the region.
•Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs.
•Coordinate and host country-level and regional LER governance meetings.
•Track progress across workstreams and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
•Act as the central coordination point between country teams, APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields.
•Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, project management, or a related field.
•Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP (required).
•ITIL certification is beneficial.
