•Gather insights and recommend strategies to motivate PGC creators to maintain activity and improve the quality of their 1-minute-plus content.
•Apply internet market understanding across borders to support data-driven projects or programs.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or related field with 3 years of related experience; OR Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 6 years related experience (5 years post-bachelor).
•3 years of experience managing partnerships with stakeholders within the social media industry.
•3 years of experience assisting live streaming events as an operations point of contact, including monitoring the live events.
•3 years of e-commerce experience, including assisting creator agencies with pain points and facilitating localization.
•3 years of experience optimizing creator monetization economy (operational strategies and content optimization to enhance creator click-to-purchase conversion) plus building/streamlining workflows using project management tools.
