•Develop and execute creator growth and ecosystem strategies for the Health category, focused on scalable GMV and creator penetration growth.
•Drive end-to-end initiatives across creator growth, agency partnerships, creator education, and ecosystem operations, including performance tracking.
•Manage and grow relationships with Health creators and creator agencies, including creator incubation, performance management, and long-term partnership development.
•Analyze creator, content, and commerce performance data to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and category insights.
