  • •Orchestrate labor and inventory planning for fluctuating inbound freight volumes while maintaining 100% on-time shipping.
  • •Mentor and scale a multi-tier leadership team, fostering high accountability and professional growth.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to eliminate waste and optimize throughput.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Software to recommend and integrate next-generation automation to increase site capacity.
