Job Summary

Lead Spreetail’s PA fulfillment center as site leader, owning the site P&L and driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance. Build labor and inventory plans to maintain 100% on-time shipping, mentor a multi-tier leadership team, and drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen. Partner with Engineering and Software to integrate automation and optimize facility capacity while aligning site operations with the company’s global supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Assume full accountability for the PA fulfillment center’s P&L and performance metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
•Orchestrate labor and inventory planning for fluctuating inbound freight volumes while maintaining 100% on-time shipping.
•Mentor and scale a multi-tier leadership team, fostering high accountability and professional growth.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to eliminate waste and optimize throughput.
•Partner with Engineering and Software to recommend and integrate next-generation automation to increase site capacity.
