Perform precision setups on DMG, Nigata, and Heller equipment, manage cutting tools, and execute on/off-machine deburring and finishing. Use CMM and borescope as needed, complete preventive maintenance and 5S upkeep, document work instructions/test plans, and suggest improvements in machining, fixturing, and tooling.
