Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, set up, and program CNC machines for Raptor flight hardware to meet program rate targets.
  • •Perform precision setups on CNC machines and manage cutting tools (loading and measurement) for upcoming programs.
  • •Execute on- and off-machine deburring and part finishing using required equipment.
  • •Operate clean line equipment and use CMM and borescope to support machining requirements.
  • •Perform weekly/monthly preventive maintenance, maintain shop 5S/upkeep, and document work via instructions/test plans.
