Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement plant reliability and maintenance improvements to prevent failures and optimize performance.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs to enhance efficiency, planning, and work quality.
  • •Provide technical support and coaching to technicians, contractors, and the maintenance team.
  • •Own preventative and condition-based maintenance activities, including vibration analysis and oil sampling.
  • •Support compliance through auditing maintenance work, participating in MOC/HAZOP, and contributing to capital projects and pressure systems inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience in a chemical, COMAH, or complex manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical asset integrity and reliability engineering principles.
  • •Experience using CMMS systems (e.g., SAP or Maximo).
  • •Knowledge of preventative maintenance and condition monitoring techniques in safety-critical, hazardous environments.
