Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding and ensure a high-touch employee lifecycle experience.
•Manage and audit HRIS (Rippling) data integrity, including tax allocations, job changes, and compensation data.
•Administer total rewards and benefits programs, partnering with finance, brokers, and vendors (e.g., Accrue, Tilt).
•Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, benefits, and leaves of absence.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting workflows, manage ATS data integrity, and coordinate People program rollouts; liaise with SF office facilities and vendors.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in HR Operations as an HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally in a fast-growing technology company.
•Hands-on experience managing HR operations and ensuring accuracy in HRIS data and processes.
•Calm, steady execution with the ability to handle shifting priorities and complex employee situations.
•Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly while maintaining high quality.
•Clear, empathetic communication across all levels of the organization.
