Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and configure structural components and structural elements to ensure design quality.
  • •Review structural design criteria and loading plans to ensure adequacy and compliance with codes and project purpose.
  • •Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to agree on safe structural solutions aligned to project requirements.
  • •Oversee documentation and structural drawings, including shop drawings and as-built drawings, and close out technical/material submittals in advance.
  • •Support onsite material testing, lead coaching/mentoring for team capability enhancement, and participate in HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering.
  • •Advanced CAD proficiency for drafting and producing accurate technical drawings aligned with specifications.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering principles and building codes, regulations, and industry standards for design quality and compliance.
  • •Experience reviewing design criteria and loading plans, including geotechnical properties, wind/seismic loads, and fire protection considerations.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful delivery.
