Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing and performing FMS system tests on ground-based test rigs and virtual platforms to identify defects.
  • •Create, validate, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and reduce cost of non-quality.
  • •Support analysis of flight data to understand FMS behavior and help with root cause analysis.
  • •Shadow senior engineers to execute test procedures and assist in preparing certification evidence such as test result summaries.
  • •Review and validate design specification documents including System Description Documents (SDD), System Integration Documents (SID), and Interface Control Documents (ICD).

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Electronics/Avionics or equivalent.
  • •1-3 years of experience in Avionics V&V or development.
  • •Strong foundational knowledge of FMS domains including Flight Planning, Navigation, Guidance, and Performance Prediction.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indicating & Recording systems and Guidance, Navigation, and Control.
  • •Experience with Matlab, Virtual Test Means, and engineering model simulation tools.
