Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (MBA/MA and/or CPA preferred).
  • •4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with standard cost and variance reporting.
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, fixed assets, general ledger accounting, payroll, and SOX/internal controls.
  • •Strong people leadership (1–3 direct reports; total team size ~12).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel required; SAP and database systems knowledge preferred.
