Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
  • •Demonstrate leadership by planning, prioritizing, and championing change; take responsibility for performance and deadlines.
  • •Lead people development through training and coaching, including quarterly goal setting and role modeling.
  • •Communicate effectively with customers and team, maintain ethical conduct, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising guidelines to deliver a consistent client experience.
